WHAT OUR USERS THINK

For nearly three years, we’ve been using a Dito Sama TR260 vegetable slicer in our vegetable prep area. This machine is incredibly versatile and works perfectly even with delicate fruits and vegetables. We were pleasantly surprised to see that it slices strawberries and tomatoes to perfection, despite its large size. Building on this positive experience, we decided to invest in a second TR260, specifically for cold prep. With approximately 3,600 meals served each day, this tool is crucial for maintaining the quality of our menus while reducing the risk of musculoskeletal disorders for our staff. Additionally, we had a 60-liter planetary mixer that we’d used for over 30 years, and our pastry chefs were very pleased with it. Although it was still working well, we replaced it about six years ago with a newer stainless-steel model, which is better suited for cold environments. We are even more satisfied with this new equipment.

It's crucial to start mixing by hand to understand the working process before gradually transitioning to using a machine. With Dito Sama, this transition is seamless. You can begin by hand and finish with a planetary mixer, making it ideal for learning and teaching. Dito Sama ensures excellent quality, allowing students to observe and learn both manual and machine processes. At our school, we proudly use 200 Dito Sama planetary mixers.
