PREPARATION.

01.

Remove the lemon zest from the lemons, using a zester.

02.

Squeeze the lemons.

03.

Remove the scraper from the lid.

04.

Place ice cubes, zest, juice, wine, yogurt and sugar in the boule of PREP4YOU or in a K55 bowl

05.

Start to blend on max speed using the pulse function for 30 seconds.

06.

Place the scraper back on the lid and keep blending at max speed, turning the scraper, for at least 1 minute, until you obtain a smooth texture

07.

Serve immediately in chilled sparkling wine glasses. This is the perfect recipe for hot summer days, at the end of a meal or simply as a refreshing moment.
